1 pack (12 count) slider rolls (such as Hawaiian rolls)
6 slices provolone cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter to prevent the rolls from sticking to the bottom.
Without pulling the individual rolls apart, slice the entire block of slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish, cut-side up.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and the BBQ sauce. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated. Spread this mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish.
Place the slices of provolone cheese over the top of the chicken mixture, overlapping them slightly if necessary to cover the surface. Place the top half of the rolls back onto the cheese layer.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Use a pastry brush to apply the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
